How it Started
Hi! I’m Otis Milam, Owner of Double 4 Construction, LLC.
My career started in 1998 as a Pipelayer and over the course of 22 years it progressed from Pipelayer to Foreman to General Superintendent.
In 2018, it was time for me to begin my own venture and that is when Double 4 Construction was formed.
Since inception, Double 4 Construction has performed and garnered respect from our customers, employees, suppliers and job inspectors.
Double 4 Construction is fueled by our values; safety, integrity and quality. We focus on hearing the needs of our customers, and paying attention to the details so that the work is done right the first time. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
