Yarrow Townhomes are the final phase of Habitat for Humanity’s Yarrow Cottages development located in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle. Each home will feature 2 bedrooms and ½
baths, brand-new appliances included a refrigerator, dishwasher and in-unit washer & dryer. Also included will be a patio space.

Double 4 Construction has been contracted for the underground utilities (sewer, water, storm and power) and all grading and footing excavations necessary to complete this project.
